Design and application
- Unit of two heat exchangers, one in the exhaust air flow and one in the supply air flow.
- The heat exchanger in the extract air stream receives the heat energy and transfers it by circulating coolant (water and glycol solution) to the heat exchanger mounted in the supply air stream. In summer, the opposite process occurs. The temperature and humidity of the treated air changes.
- The unit is used when it is necessary to place the supply and exhaust units at a considerable distance
Features
- Energy recovery of the apparent heat when using an intermediate heat transfer medium and complete (100%) separation of the supply and exhaust air flows.
- Maximum working pressure of the thermal fluid: 1.6 MPa = 16 bar (21 bar test).
- Glycol content: max. 50%.
